Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
With great dedication to your family, the comprehensive attention we provide is considered above the standard of care by insurance companies, in other words, elective. Therefore, to maintain clinical independence to optimize your child’s health journey, we do not participate with any insurance companies. However, a paid receipt/superbill is provided at every visit for you to submit to your insurance company.
Do you provide immunizations in your office?
We do not provide immunizations, but we welcome all families, those who choose to vaccinate as well as those who choose not to! For those who decide to vaccinate, we guide parents with recommendations before, during and after for the safest way to keep children as healthy as possible!
What happens if I have an urgent question after hours?
If you have a medical emergency or your child requires immediate attention for an acute illness, please call 911 or go to the nearest urgent care/hospital emergency room.
